Control and operation

Mitsubishi PLC electrical control, 7-inch color touch screen operation

Basic function

Including five options: dry burning (self cooling), dry burning (water cooling), plugging (with power), plugging (without power), and circulating boiling water:

1. Dry burning (self cooling): Start - pour water into the kettle - reset the kettle - start dry burning - end dry burning (temperature controller jumps off) - naturally cool until temperature controller resets - cycle dry burning; 

2. Dry burning (water cooling): Start - Pour water into the kettle - Start dry burning - End of dry burning (temperature controller jumps off) - Add water to cool until the temperature controller resets (water volume adjustable) - Pour water into the kettle - Cycle dry burning;

3. Plugging and unplugging (not powered): Start - Start plugging and unplugging (cyclic work) 

4. Plugging and unplugging (with electricity): Start - add water to the kettle (with adjustable water volume) - start plugging and unplugging with electricity - cycle work - change water at intervals for a fixed number of times - cycle accordingly 

5. Circulating water boiling: Start - Pour water into the kettle - Reset the kettle - Add water (the amount of water can be set) - Heat the kettle to boil - After the water boils (the temperature controller jumps off) - Automatic water pouring - Reset the kettle - Cycle work

Main configuration

The frame is made of aluminum alloy square tube; door and case are enameled; main water contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

This machine requires compressed air, with an air pressure of 0.4MPa -0.6MPa
